Cooking Instruction:
- Put one herbal tea pack in a stainless steel pot.
- Add 6 cups of water and soak it for ½ hour.
- Bring it to a boil then turn it down to medium to medium-low heat.
- Let it simmer with the lid on for about 1 hour until the tea is reduced to 2 cups.
- Pour the tea into 2 separate cups.
- Drink one cup at night before bed while it’s warm.
Save the other cup in the refrigerator for next day. Make sure to warm it up.
